2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active syok8 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, syok8 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void any outstanding bets or bonuses, and withhold any funds pending investigation.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate. syok8 may request documentary verification of your identity, address, source of funds, or other information at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.
2.4 Restricted Territories. syok8 does not offer services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the syok8 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. syok8 makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all territories.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your syok8 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. syok8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify syok8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. You must not use any other person's account without authorisation.
3.3 Account Use. Your syok8 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any rights thereunder to any other person. Accounts used in a commercial capacity or on behalf of any third party are prohibited.
4.1 Accepted Methods. syok8 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. syok8 does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM20. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. syok8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. syok8 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within four (4) business hours. syok8 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending completion of due diligence, compliance review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. syok8 reserves the right to require additional verification where withdrawals are requested to a method different from that used for deposit.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in MYR. syok8 is not responsible for currency conversion losses incurred by players using non-MYR payment instruments.
5.1 General. syok8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, contributing game types, and eligible game weightings will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. syok8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where wagering requirements have been circumvented or manipulated.
5.3 Abuse. syok8 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where, in its reasonable determination, a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets that do not reflect genuine gaming activity for the purpose of fulfilling wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice.
All games offered on the syok8 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game providers. By playing any game, you agree to those rules. syok8 works exclusively with certified game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently tested and audited. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, syok8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. syok8's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be referred to the competent authority under the jurisdiction of syok8's gaming licence for adjudication.
